Chief coach Chandrakant Pandit was pleased with new spinner Suyash Sharma’s ‘fighting attitude’, saying it was very difficult for rival batsmen to pick on the 19-year-old from Delhi.
“We have seen him (Suyyash) in trial matches. He is very quick in the air, and it is very difficult to pick him off. It is just inexperience but he showed fighting attitude,” said Pandit after the match.
