NATO: US to provide Stryker army company to NATO battlegroup in Bulgaria – Times of India

Sofia: The United States has agreed to provide a Stryker mechanized infantry company Bulgariaunder the battle group of natoBulgarian Prime Minister Kirillo, campaigning to strengthen his eastern flank after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine Friday Said on Saturday.

Petkov said Bulgaria would continue to send humanitarian aid to Ukraine and take Ukrainian refugees from the war, but that he was not considering sending any weapons to Kyiv for some time because his Black Sea country was too close to conflict.
