Component:

Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold), peeled and cut into even-sized sticks

vegetable oil for frying

Instruction:

Wash the cut potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch. Dry them thoroughly using a kitchen towel.

2 tbsp truffle oil
