Natural Star Nani-starrer Ante Sundaraniki is gearing up for its theatrical release on Friday (June 10). Meanwhile, reports about the film’s OTT premiere have gone online. The film’s post-theatrical streaming rights have been bagged by the OTT giant amazon prime Video. The film is expected to hit the stage in early July, after a three-week window after the theatrical run. However, an official update in this regard is awaited.
A few days back, the Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC) gave the film a U certificate. The total runtime of the film is two hours 56 minutes.
Apart from Nani, written and directed by Vivek Athreya, the film also stars Nazriya Nazim in a lead role. Nazriya is also making her Tollywood debut with this film. The Telugu drama will be simultaneously released in Tamil as Aided Sundara and in Malayalam as Aha Sundara. Mythri Movie Makers has handpicked the project. The upcoming entertainer has been in the news for quite some time.
The technical team consists of Niketh Bommi as the cinematographer, while Raviteja Girijala is serving as the editor of the film.
Coming to Nani, the actor greeted his fans with Shyam Singha Roy, directed by Taxiwala fame director Rahul. However, this film could not show anything special at the box office. Set against the backdrop of periodic reincarnation, the film was released worldwide on December 24 last year.
Nani’s last two films – V and Tuck Jagdish – were released on the OTT platform and were well received by the audience. After a serious film like Shyam Singha Roy, Nani is said to be taking another hit on her account with this family entertainer.
On the work front, Nani is currently shooting for Dussehra in Telangana. The film starring Keerthy Suresh is all set to release on Vijay Dashami.
