Actor Nagendra Babu has hit out at Andhra Pradesh Tourism Minister RK Roja for his scathing comments about him and his brothers Chiranjeevi and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan. From his official Twitter handle, he released a video statement criticizing Roja’s comments and also took a dig at the tourism ministry. The video is now creating a huge buzz on the internet and has become a hot topic of discussion among the masses. Roja made some comments saying that the three brothers had done nothing for the people and thus were unable to win over the people in the Telugu speaking states. His comments received a lot of backlash from Chiranjeevi’s fans as well as Jana Sena activists.
Nagababu said, “Many people in the country are dependent on the tourism industry and since the time YSCRP took over, they are dealing with a number of issues”. He affirmed that the state’s tourism industry has taken a back seat and urged the tourism minister to stop individual tourism and develop a strong tourism sector in the state.
Furthermore, she criticized Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan for downplaying them in their remarks and claimed that there is not much difference between what she says and the waste collected by municipal vans.
Nagababu Konidela commented, “The top three states with the best tourism departments India Kerala, Assam and Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh ranks 18th in the list of 20 states. The ranking of Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh is 19th and 20th respectively. Unless she resigns from the post of Tourism Minister, the state of Andhra Pradesh will fall to the 20th position.
