North Korea fired a newly developed anti-aircraft missile on Thursday, state media KCNA reported on Friday, the latest in a recent series of weapons tests amid standoff talks with the United States.
KCNA said the test, conducted by the Defense Academy of Sciences, a military weapons developer, was aimed at verifying the practical functionality of the missile’s launcher, radar, comprehensive combat command vehicle and combat performance. pak jong chong
