There are some things that should be above ultra-partisan politics: on that list is PM’s security. This is a country which has lost two prime ministers due to terrorism, no chance can be taken with the security of one prime minister. Those responsible for prima facie security breaches during PM Modi’s visit to Punjab should be punished.
