Yuvraj Singh mentioned that his father might not be in the best state of mind mentally as mentioned in an old clip.

The father of the legendary Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has taken the spotlight after he went on a rant calling out massive figures within Indian cricket, MS Dhoni and Kapil Dev. Yograj Singh did not mince his words when it came to talking about these legendary names within the Indian cricket fraternity.

An old video of Yuvraj who was in a podcast called The Ranveer Show, opened up about his relationship with his father and his state of mind at the time. “So, I feel my father has a mental issue. And he just doesn’t want to accept it. I feel that there is something he needs to address. He doesn’t accept it. Like I accept that I need therapy. But he doesn’t accept that,” said Yuvraj on the podcast.

Yograj on the other hand is also a former India cricketer who had gone on a massive rant on a different podcast.

He said on the Zee Switch podcast, “I will not forgive MS Dhoni. That man should look at himself in the mirror. I admit that he is a massive cricketer but what he has done with my son, all of which is coming out now; can never be forgiven. That man has destroyed my son’s life who could have played for 4-5 years longer.

Both Yuvraj and Dhoni shared the international stage representing India while forming a lethal partnership. The latter who used to lead the side, often relied on Yuvraj in both the batting and bowling departments.

In fact, when Dhoni led India to the T20 World Cup in 2007 and the ODI World Cup in 2011, Yuvraj had a key role as an all-rounder to the side who contributed with several match-winning performances which led the nation to glory.

Both men have retired from international cricket since then. Dhoni still plays for the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League while Yuvraj has retired from all forms of the game.
