Muslim side’s demand on Gyanvapi mosque rejected: Varanasi Court refuses to remove survey commissioner, Owaisi said – does not want to lose another mosque

The commissioner will not be changed for the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid in Varanasi. The Varanasi Lower Court gave this verdict on Thursday. The court has sought a survey report in this matter on May 17. That is, before that the survey has to be completed. The court said that action will be taken against those who obstruct the survey. The court has also directed to appoint two assistant commissioners.

The court has ordered that a round-the-clock survey will be conducted from 8 am to 12 noon. During this, along with Commissioner Ajay Mishra, Assistant Commissioners Vishal and Ajay Pratap will be present. Here, AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi said that we do not want to lose another mosque.

The court said that every place from the basement should be videographed and handed over to the court.

The Muslim side had demanded a change of commissioner in this case. After hearing for three days, the court had reserved its decision on Wednesday. Last month, the Varanasi court had directed to appoint a commissioner for the survey of the Gyanvapi campus. The court had directed to do videography in this case.
