Meanwhile, in September this year, the Enforcement Directorate had raided Shanghvi’s Mumbai properties, including his offices and clubs, in a money laundering case.
Sanghvi has been a part of the industry for more than 15 years as a producer, financer and distributor. His films include ‘Ab Tak Chappan’ 1 & 2, ‘Vaastu Shastra’, ‘Darna Mana Hai’, ‘Darna Zaroori Hai’, ‘Golmaal-Fun Unlimited’, ‘Ek Hasina Thi’, ‘Naach’ and many more.
He endorsed films like ‘Sarkar’, ‘Sarkar 3’, ‘The Attacks of 26/11’ and ‘Chef’ under his banner.
In 2020, Parag collaborated with Eros International Group for two big films. The details regarding the project are still under wraps and no updates have been made from the same by the production house.
