Multiple explosions reported near Kyiv railway station

On the 19th day of the Russo-Ukraine War, several explosions were reported near the Kyiv railway station.

The Russian army has surrounded Kyiv and is trying to capture the capital of Ukraine. The head of the Kyiv region said on Monday that Russian forces launched artillery attacks overnight on Kyiv’s northwest suburbs and targeted points east of the capital.

On Ukrainian television, the head of the regional administration, Oleksiy Kuleba, said a town councilor from Brovry, east of Kyiv, had died in fighting there. They also reported overnight attacks on the northwestern cities of Irpin, Buka and Hostomel, which have seen some of the worst fighting in Russia’s stalled attempt to take the capital.
