Mukhtar was missing since Tuesday night
Asnawar police station said that there was a dispute between the two gangs over fishing in the catchment area of ​​Bhimsagar dam. During this, there was firing from both the gangs late on Tuesday night, in which Malik’s accomplice Kamal Meena was killed. At the same time, one of his accomplices Vicky and Mukhtar himself were missing. DSP Girdhar Singh said that in search of Malik and his accomplice Vicky, the police had conducted a search operation in the forests and the river.

It was believed that Mukhtar had fled somewhere, but on Friday morning the police got information that Malik was in the forests of Asnawar. When the police reached on foot about 2 kilometers, the gangster was found lying in an injured state.

Mukhtar had several wounds in other parts of the body including legs. The police brought Malik down from the hill for about 2 km and put him in the car and took him to Asnawar first. From here he was brought to Jhalawar Hospital in critical condition, but doctors declared him brought dead.

Police handed over the body to the relatives. The family has left for Bhopal from Jhalawar with his dead body. Bhopal Police has also become alert after the gangster’s death.

Controversy over the issue of fishing
Delhi resident Irshad has taken the contract for fishing in the area of ​​Bhimsagar dam built on the desolate river of Jhalawar, but on Tuesday he gave this contract to Bhopal resident Mukhtar Malik. Irshad’s partner Abdul Bunty did not like this thing.

On getting the contract, Mukhtar reached here on Tuesday night from Bhopal and after that along with his 10-12 companions by boat reached the river near Kanskhedli village of Asnawar area, where he got into a dispute with Bunty and his companions.

During this, both the sides pelted stones and fired at each other. There was a stir among the people on board to avoid firing and their boat capsized while fleeing, out of which three people went missing. On getting information, Asnawar police reached the spot.

On Wednesday morning, the body of a youth was found on the bank of the river, which was identified as Kamal Singh Meena, a resident of Bhopal. While there, Mukhtar and one of his accomplices were injured and fled from there.
