Candidates will be able to complete MP NEET UG choice filling and locking process from September 13 to September 17.

The Department of Public Health and Medical Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh will commence the MP NEET UG second round counselling registration 2024 tomorrow, September 10. Interested applicants who have qualified for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET UG 2024) can apply by visiting the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in. The counselling process is done for candidates seeking admission to 85 per cent of state quota seats for admission into MBBS and BDS in the state medical institutions.

As per the data provided by the Centre, there are 15 government medical colleges and 12 private medical colleges, each offering 2,400 MBBS seats in Madhya Pradesh. Candidates will have two days from September 10 to September 11 to modify their registration through applicant login.

Furthermore, the MP NEET UG merit list and vacant seat details will be issued on September 12, after which candidates must mandatorily submit their preferred courses and colleges in the order of preference. In addition to that, students must use the MP NEET UG choice filling and locking feature, which will remain open from September 13 to September 17.

MP NEET UG Counselling 2024: Here’s How to Register

Step 1: Candidates need to go to the official website of DME at dme.mponline.gov.in to register for round 2 counselling.

Step 2: Search for and click on the “Under Graduation Counselling (MBBS/BDS)” link available on the homepage.

Step 3: Following this, click on the ‘Create Profile’ link key in the NEET UG roll number and set a password.

Step 4: Now, applicants will have to log in to the portal using their generated credentials.

Step 5: In the next step, fill out the application form by entering all the personal and academic details.

Step 6: Then, scan and upload all the required documents like Classes 10 and 12 certificates, domicile certificates, NEET UG scorecards and caste certificates, among others.

Step 7: Check all the details thoroughly before submitting.

Step 8: Once done, hit the submit button and save a copy of the application form for further use.

The DME MP will announce the second round of NEET UG seat allotment results in 2024 on September 20 based on the choices submitted by the aspirants. It is to be noted that students will have to pay Rs 1,000 as an application fee to participate in the MP state NEET counselling.
