Foreign Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi tweeted, "Continuous work is being done to bring back the Indian nationals trapped in Afghanistan. Air India plane carrying 87 Indians from Tajikistan is reaching New Delhi. These include two Nepalese citizens." The Indian government has intensified the operation to evacuate its citizens from Afghanistan.
