Monalisa married her boyfriend Vikrant inside the Bigg Boss house in 2017.
Monalisa plays the antagonist in the television serial Nazar. The second season of the show went off-air due to the pandemic situation. However, the sequel of the show titled Ankahi Dastaan will start airing from the beginning of October.
She participated in the reality show Kitchen Champion with Vikrant and also appeared in Bigg Boss 14 as a celebrity guest. She also starred in the soap Isk Ka, which also starred Shruti Sharma and Aditya Ojha in lead roles. The last episode of the show was aired on 20 August.
