Popular TV actor Mohit Malik’s father-in-law passed away on Wednesday (August 11). The ‘Kulfi Kumarr Bajewala’ star took to social media to inform fans about the demise of his wife Adi Shirwaikar’s father. He shared a family picture along with an emotional note on his official Instagram handle. Aditi, who shared the same post, did not reveal the cause of her father’s death.

The TV heartthrob got emotional while penning down thoughts after losing a family member. Describing it as an “irreparable loss”, Malik hoped that his father-in-law would guide him and his wife Adite in the next life.
“To all our well-wishers. We lost our father two days ago… It’s an irreparable loss! Although, we know he was a fighter, he fought and he fought. Still, it’s time to go. It was time for us to leave. As much as it hurts, we know that he is in a better place and we will see him soon, to nurture us once again in his next lives, to guide us and guide us Will do! We love you papa and promise we will always keep smiling because you liked it,” read Mohit’s post.
Navina said, many TV celebs including Surbhi Chandna and Aakriti Sharma have expressed grief over the death of Mohit’s family member.
Mohit Malik and his wife Aditi Shirwaikar welcomed their first child after ten years of marriage on April 27, 2021. They have named their child Ekbir Malik.
On the professional front, Mohit was last seen in ‘Lockdown Ki Love Story’. The show, which aired on Star Plus, also featured Sana Sayyed and Jayati Bhatia.
