S Jaishankar a few days ago took a dig at Rahul Gandhi and spoke on the issue of Chinese encroachment, where he said that some people deliberately spread wrong news about China issue, knowing that it is not true, for the sake of politics. By talking of some land taken by China in 1962, they give the impression that it happened recently.

To this, Jairam Ramesh said, “No amount of confusion can hide the fact that the Modi government has tried to cover up India’s biggest regional setback.”
