In another tweet, he said, a third of the adult population had not yet received its first dose and only 21 percent had been fully vaccinated.
Taking a jibe at the opposition, Prime Minister Modi on Saturday said fever is being talked about as a side-effect of the vaccine, but a political party experienced fever after 2.5 crore vaccines were administered on his birthday.
