Manoj Bajpayee recently enthralled everyone with his role in the OTT family drama Gulmohar. While the actor has several stellar films to his credit, both independent as well as mainstream, Manoj Bajpayee’s Family Man season 3 is the most awaited. In such a situation, the actor recently shared his mantra of a happy marriage in an interview.
Speaking to Cinedesi, Manoj Bajpayee explained, “There is no secret, trust me. Every day is a new day, and every day you are trying to improve yourself and better yourself when it comes to being in a marriage or understanding another person. Love alone cannot sustain a marriage, here you have to not focus on yourself and focus on the other person who is in the marriage with you, and see things from his perspective in my case.
He further said, “Give up everything about yourself – your ego, your insecurities, (if) you are ready to give up all these things (then) there are better chances that the fights will be very less, the fire will be minimum. When we put ourselves first, that’s where things start to go wrong. If you think the other person shouldn’t ignore a certain thing, I think you should talk at a calmer time. I think Talking helps.”
The actor also shared how meditation helped him a lot. He said, “Meditation is about practice, some days are awful, some days are blissful, but the end result is life changing. It actually makes you a better job, actually makes you a better husband.” Makes you a better father, a better son, a better friend.
Manoj Bajpayee is married to wife Shabana Raza. It seems that Shabana prefers to keep her life away from the public eye. He is rarely seen in events and ceremonies. Earlier, she had appeared in a few pictures shared by Manoj on Instagram. The couple, along with their daughter Ava Nyla, were captured having a blissful time on their vacation.
