Was 20-21 years old, when everyone left the village and came. Tried a lot but got rejected every time. It felt bad, especially for someone like me who didn’t have a ‘Plan B’. Was in DU when he studied for all three years in the last month itself. Full attention was placed on theater and acting.

Tried a lot for admission in NSD but failed. When you are rejected, you don’t know what to do, where to go. But the more times you get rejections, the more you work on yourself. This process does not stop and should not stop.

Despite all this, I did not change the path. Started doing more theater. Many times there was no money to go from home to Mandi House. In the journey of 7-8 km, thinking about the character, remembering the dialogues, sometimes talking to himself in English like a child. There was no money for food, had to depend on friends for clothes. But kept on. Two or four things are necessary from life. When you work hard on yourself, you get results, you are valued.

I was an outsider, there was a lot of criticism. I made these criticisms my strength. Worked on myself a lot. Unless we are strict with ourselves. How can you give good results? I kept the cutting of every review in which evil was done. The people of the industry made satire on my colour, look. These things inspired me to fight more.
