Recently the actress celebrated her 36th birthday. Many of his friends and colleagues wished him on social media. On this occasion, actress Manju Warrier shared a heartwarming picture of Bhavna on Instagram and wished her. Manju posted a picture with birthday girl and actor Samyukta Varma and wrote, “The picture may be blurry, but the feelings are real. Happy Birthday @bhavzmenon!!! Manju’s post has gone viral and has garnered over 110,000 likes on Instagram. After a hiatus of five years, Bhavna is all set to return to the big screen with Adil Mammoonath Ashraf’s Nittikkakoru Premondarn.
The film is produced by Renish Abdulkhader under the banner of Bonhomie Entertainments. Arun Rushdie handled the cinematography of Nittikkakoru Premondorn and Anees Nadodi did the art direction.
Bhavana’s last Malayalam film was Adam Zone, which released in 2017. The film was written and directed by Jinu Abraham. Adam Zone boasts of a cast including Prithviraj Sukumaran, Mishti, Narayan and Rahul Madhav.
Significantly, Bhavna is a victim of sexual assault. Bhavna was kidnapped and sexually assaulted in 2017 when she was traveling to Kochi. Earlier this year, Bhavna took to her Instagram to share about the heart-wrenching incident.
Bhavna wrote, ‘This journey has not been easy. Journey from being a victim to a survivor. My name and my identity are being suppressed for 5 years under the burden of attacks on me.”
“Though I am not the one who committed the crime, there have been many attempts to humiliate, silence and isolate me. But in times like these, I also have some who stepped forward to keep my voice alive. Now, when I hear so many voices for myself I know that I am not alone in this fight for justice,” said the actor.
