Mandira shared a video that began with writing down how much she weighs lately on a piece of paper with a pencil. She later also showed the same weighing weight that is 55.2 kgs on a weighing scale to make it clear.
Mandira later shared about her new weight and her fitness journey in the video and said, “It’s been a very trying year and a half and I have kinda let the grip that I had on my health loosen and I am the heaviest I have ever been. A couple of days ago my scale was showing 56.5kgs which is quite alarming and today we are 55.2 Kgs. It’s a good enough start and putting myself out in the Universe and making myself accountable for my journey up ahead.”

I have never shared my weight with anyone or believed too much in the weighing scale..and so It’s taken me a while to get here mentally and emotionally. And have given myself a new set of (inspiring) rules! I want to get to 51kg.. I don’t know whether that will happen. But let’s give it a go!
