Man arrested for raping his stepdaughter on mother’s will

A 40-year-old man from the central city of Ramle was arrested for allegedly repeatedly raping his stepdaughter with her mother’s approval, police said on Sunday.

A 40-year-old woman was also detained on charges of alleged sexual abuse, which took place over a period of several years and apparently aimed at securing public accommodation.

According to police, the couple tracked the menstrual cycle of a 13-year-old woman to get her pregnant.

Police said they launched an investigation after receiving a report from welfare officials. The Walla news site said the matter reached welfare officials through the girl’s school counselor, after she told her friends about the rape, and they then persuaded her to tell the counselor.

Vala said the girl’s mental condition was “serious” and she was now hospitalized at a mental health institution.

Police said their investigation found that the girl’s stepfather had raped his stepdaughter in recent years, “with the approval of the mother, who knew what was happening and to commit a crime against her daughter.” agreed.”

According to police, the couple wanted to impregnate the young girl “in order to ‘get’ an apartment from the authorities.”

Vala said the couple has no children together, but the girl’s mother has two other daughters who were not thought to have been abused by their stepfather.

The couple was arrested last week, and will remain in custody pending a hearing this week.
