Malaika Arora Recently made her digital debut with her new show Moving In With Malaika, which started streaming on 5th December on Disney Plus Hotstar. Dive has no qualms about trying something out of the box and says she wants to pursue stand-up comedy and challenge herself.
Malaika said, “With regards to films, scripts etc., I am still unsure whether I want to go that route or whether I want to dive in..but one thing that really stuck with me was The stand-up part.”
She said: “Sumukhi and I had a lot of conversations, many voice notes and late-night voice recordings were exchanged. She gave me homework and I practiced it in front of the mirror. You know, if you have to do a stand-up To be a comic, you must be willing to laugh at yourself, poke fun at yourself, and touch on subjects that you may not be comfortable with. That’s what I did and I’m glad I made that decision and took on this challenge. accepted.”
