Malaika Arora Asks Everyone to Be a Warrior, Not a Worrier with Yoga

Malaika Arora is a true motivation when it comes to fitness. Malaika often shares different yoga asanas to benefit various parts of the body. In a series called, “Malaika’s move of the week”, she takes to the official Instagram handle of Sarva Yoga Studios and shares various tips to stay fit. Last week, Malaika shed a light on the way to keep the mind and body fighting like a warrior. Sharing three yoga asanas to “be a warrior”, Malaika wrote, “You are a warrior if you keep fighting when everything in you feels like giving up. “Be a Warrior, not a Warrior.”
