A major accident took place in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh on Monday morning. Here the double-decker bus and pickup collided on the Lucknow Highway located in the police station Pakbara area. After that the bus overturned uncontrollably. In this 4 people died. Three of the dead were in the pickup, while another died. At the same time, 21 passengers on the bus are said to be injured. The injured have been admitted to the district hospital for treatment. The bus was coming from Himachal. While the pickup was going from Punjab to Pilibhit. Now the rescue work is going on.
The policemen were checking, they ran away on seeing the accident.
The incident is from Zero Point (from here the road to Moradabad city) located on the National Highway in Pakbara police station area. The traffic police was checking the dagger vehicles at five in the morning. Then the police handed over the pickup coming from the side of the puckada. As the driver of the pickup reduced the speed, the double-decker bus coming from behind at a high speed hit the pickup.
The collision was so strong that the pickup overturned after going some distance. Both the people aboard died on the spot. The double-decker bus also overturned uncontrollably. More than 80 passengers were on board the bus. As soon as the accident happened, the policemen who were checking on the spot ran away instead of helping the people. Later when the police reached the police station, the injured were taken to the hospital. DM, SSP have also reached the spot.
The bodies of the dead were buried under the bus after the accident.

Rahul Kumar told that he had come to visit the forest that suddenly there was a sound. On reaching here, it was found that the police was checking. When the police stopped the pickup, the driver reduced the speed. Then the bus which came from behind collided with the pickup and overturned. Around 20 people were injured on the spot. Four or five had died. Rescue team has arrived, the injured are being rescued. The bodies of the dead are buried under the bus.
Pawan told that due to the police here, accidents keep happening every day. Here the police checks the vehicles and makes illegal recovery. The death toll in today’s accident may increase.
