Maharashtra HSC Result 2022: Not satisfied with the marks? Here’s How To Improve The Score

The desperate wait of lakhs of students is over Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary education (MSBSHSE) announced the HSC or class 12 results on June 8. Students who appeared in the Class 12 board exams can log on to the MSBSHSE website – msbshse.co.in, or mahresult.nic.in – to check their results. In order to be declared passed in the Maharashtra Board HSC exam, candidates need to secure a minimum of 35 percentile marks in each subject. Students who are dissatisfied with the marks awarded to them can apply for the revaluation of the answer sheets. Online applications can be made from 10 June using the prescribed format for application available on the Maharashtra Board website.

Maharashtra HSC Result 2022: How to improve score

To apply for recalculation/verification of marks, students will have to submit self-attested copies of their marksheets online on the MSBSHSE portal between June 10 and June 20.

Students desirous of complete re-checking of their copies must first apply for the copies of the answer sheet from the board. Within five days of receiving the answer sheets, the application fee for re-checking in the prescribed format has to be submitted.

Students can contact MSBSHSE office/helpline or their school for more information in this regard. Additionally, students who have cleared the board exams but want to improve their scores can also opt to appear in the supplementary exams. The details regarding the supplementary exam application will be made available to the students at a later stage of the process.

Students will be able to get the physical copy of their printed mark sheets from their respective colleges from June 17.

Out of 14,39,731 students, 1356604 students have passed the Maharashtra HSC exam. The pass percentage of girls was 95.35 percent and that of boys was 93.29 percent. Overall pass percentage 94.22 percent, The pass percentage of Konkan region is 97.221 percent which is highest this year, while Mumbai recorded the lowest pass percentage of 90.91 percent.
