BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga has filed an online complaint against Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray for violating the covid protocol and meeting his supporters.

CM Uddhav Thackeray tests positive for Covid-19 This information was given by an official of the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) on Wednesday. The CM confirmed this during his webcast on Wednesday.

However, as soon as Uddhav Thackeray left the CM residence and went to Matoshree, he was seen greeting his supporters.

BJP leader Tajinder Bagga had lodged a complaint against the 61-year-old CM at the Malabar Hill Police Station in Mumbai for violating Kovid rules and meeting people. Tajinder Bagga also tweeted a picture of the police complaint.

The complaint said, “As per the COVID protocol, the patient cannot meet anyone and should remain in isolation… CM Uddhav Thackeray broke the COVID protocol and met his supporters.”

BJP leader Amit Malviya also questioned the violation of Kovid protocol by Uddhav Thackeray.

“We were told that Uddhav Thackeray is Covid positive. But he has since met Sharad Pawar at his residence and walked among the people, who apparently turned out to take him back home. He should not have gone in the first place. This deceit is the reason why Shiv Sena MLAs are revolting,” tweeted Amit Malviya on Wednesday.
