The CBI on Saturday filed a charge sheet against his disciple Anand Giri and two others in connection with the death of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad president Acharya Narendra Giri.

In its charge sheet filed in a court in Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh, the CBI has accused Giri and his son Sandeep Tiwari, a priest of Allahabad’s Bade Hanuman temple, of criminal conspiracy and abetment to suicide, he said.
