Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit reportedly bought a new house
According to reports, Madhuri Dixit has taken a 5,500 sq ft property on lease on the 29th floor of Indiabulls Blue building located in Worli.
Bollywood Actress and dance reality show judge Madhuri Dixit is in the news in the real estate department. According to a recent report, the actress has rented a house in Mumbai for a whopping amount of Rs 12.5 lakh per month for three years. Documents accessed by Zapki.com revealed to Money Control that the actress has taken a 5,500 sq ft property on lease on the 29th floor of Indiabulls Blue building in Worli. The property also has five covered car parks and is owned by Cajal Fabiani.
Fabiani is the founder of fine jewelery brand KAJ and has received training from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). According to Money Control, Madhuri had signed the rent agreement for the property last week. According to a Money Control report, Madhuri’s new rented property comes with a glass-façade building, which has around 300 units in 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK categories, with prices ranging from Rs 4.5 crore to Rs 15 crore.
The report further mentions that the veteran actor has leased the property for three years which comes with an annual growth of 5 per cent. Madhuri has already deposited Rs 3 crore.
Madhuri recently judged the third season of the children’s dance reality show Dance Deewane which aired on Colors Television. The show concluded last month with Piyush Gurbhale-Rupesh Soni as the winner. Sharing a few pictures from her festive look for the season finale, Madhuri posted her pictures on Instagram. The 54-year-old actress wore a lavender shade lehenga designed by Bollywood fashion designer Manish Malhotra. The ethnic dress came with intricate white embroidery and elegant silver jewellery.
Madhuri will soon be seen starring in the upcoming Netflix film Anamika. The film is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment and directed by Karishma Kohli and Bejoy Nambiar.
