Ludhiana: Additional Deputy Commissioner (Urban Development) Sandeep Kumar on Thursday warned of strict action against anyone involved in developing an illegal residential colony in Ludhiana district.

ADC (UD) informed that the name of one such under-construction colony is Shiv Shakti Enclave In Ladian Kalani It was demolished on Thursday. He warned that all such illegal colonies will also be demolished by the government if the license is not given.
In a press statement issued here, Sandeep Kumar informed that such colonizers can apply for their license with GLADA and assured that they will be issued in a hassle free manner. He also warned that if any construction is done without valid license then strict punitive action will be initiated against them.
