For 4 years we are facing the problem of water and sewer. You think that all of us have been abusing the public for 4 years. People surround us in a herd. We have put this thing here with the hope that maybe it will get resolved. No action was taken on the arbitrariness of the officers for 4 years. We are all upset and you left the house. The purpose of all the people was that we have a strong point of view.
