Lucknow: A miscreant absconded with a motorcycle on the pretext of a test ride indiranagar on Tuesday. Abhinav Srivastava, a resident of Gomtinagar, had given an online advertisement for the sale of the motorcycle of his maternal uncle Gyanchand Srivastava, resident of Indira Nagar. He had created his own ID olx.
On September 30, Abhinav got a call from a person who wanted to buy a motorcycle and asked the victim to show the bike at a place in Sector 14, Indiranagar.
The victim reached the spot and met the miscreant who asked the former to go on a test ride. “I allowed him to go on a test ride. But when he did not return, I dialed 112. Soon, a police team approached me and asked me to file a complaint. FIR,” he said.
