LPG cylinder price hiked again for second month in a row, check latest rates

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has become costlier. The price of domestic non-subsidised LPG has been increased by 25%. This was the second consecutive month that oil companies increased the price of LPG. After the latest hike, the 14.2 kg domestic cylinder will now cost Rs 859.50 per piece in the national capital. Oil prices rose on Wednesday after four days of decline in the international market. Brent crude was down 5 cents, or 0.1 per cent, at $68.98 a barrel by 0139 GMT, up 0.7 per cent on Tuesday. US oil fell 6 cents, or 0.1 per cent, to $66.53 a barrel after falling 1 per cent in the previous session. In the United States, more supplies are set to hit the market if official forecasts prove to be correct.
