LPG Cylinder Booking: Paytm is offering Rs 2,700 cashback on gas cylinders. how to take advantage

PaytmIndia’s leading digital payments platform and fintech giant, announced that customers can now avail cashback rewards among others. lpg cylinder New Paytm users booking through the platform will be able to access this offer through the ‘3 Pay 2700 Cashback Offer’ scheme. With this scheme, customers can avail assured cashback of up to Rs.900 on their first LPG cylinder booking for the first three consecutive months. Existing users can also participate paytm cashback offer, as they can avail cashback points of up to Rs.5,000 for each booking. These points can be used to redeem gifts or score special deals. The ‘3 Pay 2700 Cashback Offer’ is applicable on three LPG cylinder providers – Indane, HP Gas and BharatGas.

Earlier in June, Paytm participated in the functionality of its ‘Paytm Now, Pay Later’ program wherein the customer has the option to pay a month after the cylinder is ordered and it is delivered. This is known as the ‘Paytm Postpaid’ initiative.

The fintech giant took this additional step by bringing a tracking feature among the myriad features that it had offered till now for the LPG cylinder ordering initiative. It allows customers to track the delivery of their LPG gas cylinders and also sends automated messages to remind customers about refills.

Booking LPG Cylinder on Paytm: How It Happened

To book a gas cylinder delivery, one just needs to go to the Paytm app, and select the ‘Book gas cylinder’ option. Once this is done, you need to select your preferred gas cylinder provider in the area. Next, enter your relevant authentication information like registered mobile number, LPG ID or even customer number. Then all that is left to do is to make the payment through your preferred mode of payment like Paytm Wallet, UPI, Net Banking etc. Keep in mind that there is also an option to order now and pay later as per the Paytm postpaid plan. The cylinder is then delivered to your residence by the nearest gas agency.

The booking of LPG gas cylinder was started by Paytm last year and it was named ‘Book a Cylinder’ on the app. This was initially done in partnership with HP Gas. Soon after the other two gas providers, Indane and BharatGas jumped on the bandwagon. The company claims that due to the hassle-free nature and simple process of the booking interface, the Paytm platform has witnessed a large number of repeat customers since its launch.
