‘Liger’ (Hindi) Box Office Collection: Vijay Deverakonda starrer sees a huge drop on its first Monday – Times of India

Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda starrer ‘Liger‘ was released on Thursday in theatres. The film hasn’t managed to attract cinema lovers despite heavy promotions. On its first Monday, the Hindi version crashed at the box office.

According to Boxofficeindia.com, ‘Liger’ (Hindi) collected in the range of Rs 1.25- Rs 1.50 crore. Going by the figures, it now stands at a grand total of Rs 15 crore. The film is rejected by the audience in the Hindi circuits. Even the South region is witnessing a downfall in the collection.

Friday – 4,50,00,000 apprx

Saturday – 4,25,00,000 apprx

Sunday – 3,75,00,000 apprx

Meanwhile, Vijay recently met the owner of Gaiety Galaxy theatre who called him ‘arrogant’ due to one of his statements. Vijay recently said, ‘Kaun rokenge dekh lenge’ amid the boycott trend on social media. During their meeting, the theatre owner said, “He is a really very nice guy, down to earth, I will keep loving him always. He has got a bright future and I promise hereby, I will take all his pictures. I wish him all the best.” On the other hand, Vijay also cleared that he not only respects but also loves his audience and is constantly running on promotions for 30 days to reach the larger audience. He also stated that he makes films for the audience and he has emerged from them.
