Mumbai City Crime Branch on Wednesday questioned convicted dacoit Lawrence Bishnoi in Delhi’s capital Delhi in connection with a threat letter sent to the actor. After this, the Bandra police registered an FIR regarding the matter. Later, the Crime Branch Unit IX also began to piece together the evidence and search. However, reports say that nothing significant has been found so far.
According to reports, a Mumbai Police official said that he is not sure who sent the letter, but as a possibility, a crime branch unit was sent to Delhi to interrogate Lawrence Bishnoi, who was sent to Delhi by the Delhi Police. Arrested in connection with Arms Act. breach.
He further said that Crime Branch officials are currently returning to Mumbai after interrogating Bishnoi. They obtained some information, but nothing has been clarified about the threat letter so far.
Meanwhile, the Mumbai Police suspected the Lawrence Bishnoi gang of making death threats. Bishnoi had earlier threatened to kill Salman Khan after the actor was accused in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case in Rajasthan.
