A variety of plot sizes and reservations
The scheme offers plots in various sizes. For instance, there are 194 plots measuring 120 square meters. Out of these, 34 plots are exclusively reserved for farmers, constituting 17% of the quota, and 10 plots are reserved for entrepreneurs in functional industries.
Exclusive reservations for specific plot sizes
Additionally, there are 260 plots measuring 162 square meters, with 45 earmarked for farmers and 13 for industrialists. Moreover, there are 466 plots spanning 200 square meters, featuring 82 for farmers and 23 for entrepreneurs. Furthermore, there are 208 plots of 300 square meters, with 36 designated for farmers and 10 for industry.
Allocating plots for various sizes
The scheme even includes plots of larger sizes. For example, there are 24 plots measuring 500 square meters, including 4 reserved for farmers and 1 for entrepreneurs. There are also 13 plots measuring one thousand square meters, with 2 for farmers and 1 for entrepreneurs. Finally, 19 plots of two thousand square meters are available, with 3 for farmers and 1 for entrepreneurs. In total, out of the 1,184 plots, 206 are reserved for farmers, and 59 await entrepreneurial spirits. SC-ST applicants are exempt from registration fees.
