Rahul said – the accused are not being arrested
Rahul and Priyanka reached Lucknow at 3 am after meeting the families of the victims in Lakhimpur late in the night. On Wednesday evening, Rahul-Priyanka first reached Tikunia village of Lakhimpur Kheri. Here the deceased farmer met the family of Lovepreet Singh (20). He felt consolation by hugging his parents.
After this both reached the house of the deceased local journalist Raman Kashyap. Here Priyanka spoke to journalist Raman’s wife Aradhana and her children Vaishnavi and Abhinav. All cooperation assured. Then met the family of the deceased farmer Nakshatra Singh (55) of Dhaurahara. During this, Rahul said that the family is not satisfied with the postmortem report. They do not understand what is written in the report.
Rahul said that he wants action against the guilty. Everyone knows who the accused is. He is not being arrested, as his father is the Union Minister of State for Home.

Violence broke out in Lakhimpur on October 3

In this case, a case of murder and criminal conspiracy has been registered against 15 people including Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni. An agreement was reached between the government and the farmers. The government gave a compensation of Rs 45 lakh to the family of the deceased. A member has also been promised a government job along with a judicial inquiry into the incident and the arrest of the accused in 8 days.
