“Sabke sab kutti hai saale!” says Arjun Kapoor sarcastically in the trailer of Kutty. And it sets the tone for a rollercoaster ride with a thrilling, raw and earthy trailer laced with dark humor. The grey-shaded seven characters represent what they would portray in the film. Kutty will release in theaters on January 13, 2023. In the film, Arjun turns on his action mode as he and Tabu can play the roles of a cop and an investigating officer respectively in the film. Whereas, Naseeruddin Shah is playing the role of a gangster.
The deeply fascinating world of this intriguing, exciting bunch of anti-heroes has certainly created a lot of excitement among fans and netizens alike. The three-minute-long video also teases the audience with a glimpse of the catchy title song, Dhan Te Naan, from the Shahid Kapoor-starrer Kaminey, which was a chartbuster upon release. Interestingly, Vishal Bhardwaj, who composed it (and directed Kaminey), also composed the music for Kutty and recreated the Kaminey title track in the film Aasmaan, to attract the audience!
