Kovid-19: 40 new cases were reported in Kalyan-Dombivali on Saturday, no vaccination on Sunday. Thane News – Times of India

Thane: The Twin Cities Welfare And dombivli Thane district of Maharashtra is witnessing a steady decline COVID-19 Cases in the last few weeks.
As per the latest data provided by Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation, 40 new cases of coronavirus were reported in the cities on Saturday.KDMC)
Also, one more person succumbed to the infection in the municipal limits.
Out of 40 fresh cases, maximum 22 were reported from Dombivli East, followed by 10 from Kalyan West. Four persons in Dombivli West and two in Kalyan East tested positive.
When I saw a case in Manda-Titwala area, a person turned positive in Mohana.
The KDMC area is the worst affected in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), but still, the twin cities are showing high rates of recovery.
In the last 24 hours, 54 persons have been cured of the virus and the number of those who have been cured so far has gone up to 1,37,134.
At present, 499 persons are undergoing treatment within the KDMC limits.
Meanwhile, the civic body informed that vaccination will remain suspended in the Twin Cities on Sunday.
