They improve blood circulation to the hair roots, which leads to good hair growth. However, don’t worry if you are not a fan of carrots. To enjoy the goodness of carrots, you can apply them directly to your hair in the form of a mask.

For this, peel and cut a carrot and then put it in a mixer jar. Now peel a banana and put it in the jar and blend the mixture well. After it is done, add two to three spoons of curd and one spoon of almond oil to the mixture. Apply a thorough layer of this mixture on your hair and leave it on for 20 minutes. Next, wash your hair. Your hair will now look shiny and strong.

If the hair remains oily, boil carrots and apples in a pot. Now mash them and add one teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar to them. Mix this mixture well and apply it on the hair. Wash hair thoroughly after half an hour.

You can also use carrot occasionally as a hair conditioner. Take a carrot and avocado and grate them well. Now dilute it by adding water to this mixture. Store it in a spray bottle. Whenever you wash your hair, first spray natural conditioner on your hair and wash after 20 minutes. You’ll be surprised by the results.
