ATS has got some more clues in Kishan Bharwad murder case of Gujarat. ATS searched Jamalpur Masjid on Monday evening. He has found the book of provocative speeches, the airgun and its shrapnel here. The police suspect that the conspiracy to kill Kishan was done in this mosque.

So far four arrests have been made in this murder case. Among them, two sharp shooters Shabbir alias Shaba Chopra (25) and Imtiaz Pathan (27) were apprehended from Dhandhuka, while Maulvi Ayub was arrested from Ahmedabad on January 27 and Maulvi Qamar Ghani from Delhi on January 30.

The ATS team, which reached the search on Monday, also went to Maulvi Ayub’s house, but it was locked there. His wife and two sons are absconding.

Kishan was accused of posting inciting religious sentiments.
According to the police, Kishanbhai Bonia (Bharwad), who was killed in the firing, had made a controversial post on social media on January 6. A complaint was made to the local police station by the Dhanduka Muslim community regarding this. Police had also arrested Kishan in the case, but he got bail.

Shabbir (in a blue sweater) and his accomplice Imtiaz (in a black sweater) accused of killing Kishan Shivabhai Bharwad.

When Kishan came out on bail, Shabbir killed him.
Accused Shabbir had come to Ahmedabad 4-5 days before the incident to meet Maulana Ayub. He needed weapons to kill Kishan. Ayub arranged for a pistol and five cartridges. Shabbir continued to do Reiki of Kishan for 4-5 days. On January 25, he left the bike with Imtiaz. Imtiaz was riding the bike, Shabbir was sitting behind. As soon as he got the opportunity, Shabbir fired two bullets at Kishan at the block of Modhwada. He died on the spot.
