Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian’s second glamorously desi looks featured Tarun Tahiliani and Manish Malhotra ensembles respectively. The Kardashian sisters who are in India to attend Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding festivities, have embraced the beauty of India and its crafts in their wedding looks.
Kim, who looked radiant in a red contemporary saree drape from Manish Malhotra for the wedding, opted for a Tarun Tahiliani dusty peach embroidered zari brocade lehenga. Celebrating the Indian drape in a contemporary silhouette, Tarun took India modern to the next level. The ensemble adorned with intricate threadwork and Swarovski crystals was paired with a classic choli featuring bursts of lace and a cascading drape embellished with fine resham, pearls and crystal embroidery.
Khloe who aced the concept saree look in Manish Malhotra for the wedding, her second Manish Malhotra look for the Shubh Aashirwad ceremony exuded a melange of Barbiecore and Pearlcore. The blouse was embellished with pearls and we can’t get enough of the layered pearl strings accentuating her overall desi glam look. The mermaid style embellished skirt and the drape added an element of drama to Khloe’s vibrant look.
Kim and Khloe sparkled in diamond jewellery and carried off their respective styles with elan. Tarun Tahiliani and Manish Malhotra have been connoisseurs of Indian crafts and have always celebrated India in their creative vision. Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant who got married on July 12, will continue their wedding celebrations with the Shubh Aashirwad which will be held at the Jio World Convention Centre. Their wedding ceremony was attended by an array of celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Nick Jonas, John Cena, Ranveer Singh, Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal among others.
