Kidnapper Is The Father, Cop Turned Beggar For Love: Jaipur case

Jaipur: Putting in all blood, sweat, and research, a team of Jaipur police finally nabbed the kidnapper and got the kid released after chasing the case for a span of 14 months. Prithvi, the child was 11 months old when kidnapped and now he is more than two years old. It was mentioned in the case registered in June 2023 that the kidnapper is the relative of the kid’s mother. But as the cops handed over the child to his mom, they witnessed a strange scene, too dramatic to believe. Here was the twist in the tale.

Emotions poured at police station

The child instead of going to his mother, went to the kidnapper, held him and started weeping. The kidnapper, a suspended head constable from the UP Police also went emotional and so were all the spectators in the police station.

Kidnapper was the father?

Tanuj Chahar, the kidnapper claimed at the police station that he was the biological father of Prithvi and this is why he made a dozen requests to his mother to stay with him which she upfrontly refused. The suspended head constable also stated that he fell in love with his paternal aunt’s daughter (Prithvi’s mother) and wanted to be with her. The Khaap Panchayat was then called and the matter was ‘dissolved’.

The love story crosses boundaries

The girl was then married to another man in Jaipur. Tanuj Chahar mentioned that he was so mad in love that he left his govt job, and got terminated while strolling on the streets of Jaipur to find his lady love. He somehow came into contact with the lady’s husband and started visiting his place where their ‘love bloomed’.
