Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra’s break-up report made headlines earlier this year and left their fans shocked and upset. It was later reported that both the actors had patched up and decided to give their relationship another chance. However, in a recent interview, Kiara talked about how she cannot completely ignore such rumours. She said that she is not safe from reports regarding her personal life.
“I am not completely safe from this, especially when it (rumor) is about your personal life. On the professional front, thankfully, I’ve never had an experience where something was said that affected me or my family, but on the personal front, when they add two and two, I’m like, Where are you coming from?” the actress told India today.
Kiara further wonders where these ‘chili spice sources’ come from and added, “If it’s trivial, they are also [family] Of course, don’t appreciate it. What bothers me is that at the end of the day you’re here for your job, so you don’t want other aspects of your life to be in the spotlight, but you can’t help it. I guess we have to develop that thick skin. You have to close your eyes, the more you react, there is no end to it. Who is this source? I want to know who are the sources of these chili masalas?”
Rumors of Kiara and Sidharth’s break-up surfaced earlier this year. But the Shershaah actor rubbished all such reports when he attended the screening of Kiara’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and hugged her in public. Later, when he was shooting for Jugjug Jio, he also got into Kiara’s arrogance.
On the work front, Kiara is gearing up for the release of Jugjug Jio which also stars Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. She will also be seen in Govinda Naam Mera. Sidharth Malhotra is currently shooting for Rohit Shetty’s OTT debut ‘Indian Police Force’. The actor also has Mission Majnu, Yoddha and Thank God in the pipeline.
