Kharagpur: The feeling of pleasure increases efficiency. Rail Hunt

Everyone does their work, but when one feels pleasure from it, then the efficiency of the person increases. This is the basic mantra of skill development. The experts said this in the inaugural session of Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana at Kharagpur Railway Workshop. Under the Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi, on Friday, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav inaugurated this scheme through a virtual meeting.

On the other hand, Railway Board Chairman Sunit Sharma presented a lecture on the scheme. The members associated with a total of 75 training institutes of the country were contacted through virtual meetings and they were made aware of various aspects of the scheme. A total of 139 trainees from four training institutes of South Eastern Railway at Kharagpur will undergo 20 days skill development training as selected trainees of the first batch.

In the session held in Kharagpur, Chief Mechanical Engineer (Principal) P. Of . On the directions of the Board, BTC Principal P. N. Bhattacharya and CWM B. Of . Rath and other officers supervised the entire program. Addressing the trainees, the officials said that this is the era of skill development. Everyone has to keep striving for self-development. Only then will we be able to survive in the increasing competition.
