Kerala Woman Makes Bomb Threat at Bengaluru International Airport, Arrested

The Karnataka Police has arrested a woman from Kerala who threatened to explode a bomb during an argument with officials over delay in boarding a flight at the Bengaluru International Airport. The police gave this information on Monday. The incident came to light recently and the court has sent the woman to judicial custody for 11 days. The accused has been identified as 31-year-old Manasi Satibeanu, a resident of Kozhikode, Kerala.

According to the police, the incident took place on February 3 and came to light recently. The accused woman was about to travel from Bangalore to Kolkata. She had booked 6E445 Indigo flight ticket and reached the airport for the journey.

He had an altercation during checking near gate number six of the airport. She had threatened to plant a bomb and detonate the airport if she was not allowed inside immediately.

The accused woman shouted that a bomb had been planted at the airport and the passengers would have to return to save their lives. The security personnel took him into custody and handed him over to the police.

Sandeep Singh, a CISF officer, has filed a complaint against the accused woman under sections 505, 323 and 353 of the IPC.
