Kerala Crime Branch raids homes of Dileep and his brother Aluva after fresh FIR in sexual harassment case

A team of Kerala Crime Branch on Thursday raided Dileep’s Aluva house at Padmasarovaram. The raids came days after a new FIR was registered against the Malayali actor in the 2017 sexual harassment case. The actor has been charged with conspiracy to kill the officer probing the case.

Filmmaker Balachandrakumar had also claimed that Dileep had witnessed scenes of sexual harassment of the female actor, which reportedly took place in February 2017. The director has handed over 24 audio clips to the investigating officer, out of which two purportedly show the accused talking about assault. Officer. According to a report in News Minute, the raids began at Dileep’s house on Thursday afternoon after the Kerala Crime Branch got permission from the Aluva Magistrate Court. When the team reached the spot, the gate of the house was reportedly locked and they had to jump off the compound wall to gain access. Eventually Dilip’s sister reached home and let them enter the house. Mohanchandran told the media that Dilip was at home but he was not questioned.
