KCR will not receive PM Modi at Hyderabad airport, for the third time in six months

PM Modi Hyderabad visit: For the third time in six months, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will not receive Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is arriving in Hyderabad today to attend the two-day Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national executive meeting. ,

Interestingly, KCR will receive opposition presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha at Begumpet airport a few hours before PM Modi landed at the same airport. KCR has announced his support to Sinha in the upcoming presidential election to be held on July 18.

Only one TRS minister will be present at the airport to welcome the Prime Minister during his arrival today while Yashwant Sinha will be received by all other ministers including the Chief Minister.

KCR went to Bengaluru during PM’s last visit to Telangana. PM Modi had visited the state to attend the 20th annual function at the Indian School of Business (ISB). In February this year, KCR was absent during the Prime Minister’s visit to Hyderabad.

The two-day national executive meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will begin in Hyderabad today. The meeting will be attended by BJP National President JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Chief Ministers of 19 states and other senior BJP leaders at the Hyderabad International Convention Center. PM Modi will attend the meeting and is expected to address the national executive on Sunday.

In his speech and in the national executive of the then BJP, the prime minister is expected to give a roadmap for the party in the times to come, especially as he looks at assembly elections in large states like Gujarat.
